About the Role:
As a Remote Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of home care clients by providing expert clinical oversight, triaging health concerns, and delivering high-quality virtual support. Working from home, you’ll be part of a dynamic clinical team focused on enhancing the lives of older Australians.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Managing the clinical inbox and task list to ensure timely support
✅ Triaging customer health and wellbeing notes, identifying and responding to deterioration
✅ Completing Validated Assessment Tools (VATs) and Comprehensive Nursing Assessments (CNAs)
✅ Providing clinical guidance to internal teams through scheduled consultations
✅ Conducting clinical reviews and formulating recommendations for client wellbeing
✅ Supporting clients and families in palliative care and advance care planning
✅ Responding to clinical escalations, incidents, and complaints
✅ Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with relevant tertiary qualifications
✔️ Experience in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, or Disability
✔️ Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
✔️ Current First Aid Certificate
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Tech-savvy with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
✔️ Full Australian Driver’s License and access to an insured vehicle (for occasional site visits, if needed)
